Star Managed Services is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive new business through proactive outreach, cold calling, and lead generation. This role is all about building the top of the sales funnel and converting prospects into lasting clients. You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Our ideal candidate is tenacious, motivated, and confident on the phone, with proven experience generating qualified leads, booking meetings, and nurturing prospects into opportunities. Previous IT or tech industry experience is a plus—but a strong work ethic, persistence, and communication skills are what matter most.
This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. This position is an in-person role, reporting to the Houston office five days a week.
